All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to course videos, pre-recorded lectures, study notes, practice questions, model answers, explanations, clinical vignettes, mock examinations, and blog articles — is provided exclusively for educational and examination preparation purposes. The content is designed to assist medical professionals and candidates in preparing for postgraduate medical examinations, including the MRCP (Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians) and EDIC (European Diploma in Intensive Care) examinations. It is not intended to be, and must not be used as, a substitute for formal medical education, postgraduate training, clinical experience, or the exercise of independent professional clinical judgement.

3. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE

Nothing on this Platform constitutes professional medical advice, clinical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. The medical and clinical content presented in our courses is simplified for examination purposes and may not reflect current clinical guidelines or best practice in every jurisdiction

You must not rely on any content available on the Platform to make clinical decisions, diagnose conditions, or treat patients. Any clinical scenarios, case studies, or question stems presented on the Platform are illustrative and created for examination preparation purposes only. They do not represent actual clinical advice and should not be applied to real-world patient care. 4. NO GUARANTEE OF EXAMINATION SUCCESS

While Farz Academy endeavours to provide high-quality, comprehensive, and up-to-date examination preparation materials, we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of our Platform or enrolment in any of our Courses will result in you passing any examination, attaining any particular score, or achieving any specific professional outcome. Any pass rates, success statistics, or performance metrics published on the Platform reflect historical results of past candidates and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee of future performance and individual results will vary. Examination success depends on many factors entirely outside Farz Academy's control, including but not limited to:

  • The individual candidate's prior knowledge, clinical experience, and aptitude.
  • The amount of time and effort the candidate dedicates to preparation.
  • The candidate's performance on the day of the examination.
  • Changes to the examination syllabus, format, or marking criteria by the relevant examining

body (such as the MRCP(UK) or ESICM).

  • External circumstances beyond either party's control.

Farz Academy shall not be liable for any failure by a candidate to pass any examination or to achieve any particular result, irrespective of the course or materials used.

5. ACCURACY AND CURRENCY OF CONTENT

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the content published on the Platform is accurate, current, and consistent with the relevant examination syllabi at the time of publication. However, medical knowledge, clinical guidelines, pharmacological data, and examination syllabi evolve continuously. We do not warrant that any content on the Platform is:

  • Complete, accurate, or free from errors at all times.
  • Up to date with the most recent clinical guidelines, evidence-based medicine, or

pharmacological data.

  • Consistent with the current syllabus of any examining body, which may be updated without

prior notice to us. We strongly encourage users to verify all clinical and factual information against authoritative and current sources, including the official publications of the relevant examining bodies (such as the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom and the European Society of

Intensive Care Medicine), peer-reviewed medical literature, and current national or international clinical guidelines. Where discrepancies exist between our content and the published guidance of any examining body, the published guidance of the examining body shall take precedence.

6. FACULTY AND GUEST SPEAKERS

Courses, webinars, and live sessions on the Platform may be delivered by Farz Academy's own faculty and, from time to time, by guest speakers, visiting lecturers, or subject matter experts who are independent of Farz Academy ("Guest Faculty"). The views, opinions, and statements expressed by Guest Faculty during any session or in any content they contribute are their own personal views and do not necessarily represent the official position of Farz Auxiliar Academy Private Limited. The inclusion of a guest speaker on our Platform does not constitute an endorsement by Farz Academy of their individual views, clinical practices, or any products or services they may recommend. Farz Academy does not accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any statements made by Guest Faculty. Users are encouraged to exercise independent professional judgement in evaluating all content, irrespective of its source.
