The Part I is a written exam that has the objective to test the in-depth knowledge of internal medicine.
The Part II is a clinical written exam to test your clinical based decision making.
It is a practical test where you are asked to test practical skills with live patients at a hospital. This test is also responsible for testing your communication and clinical skills with the patients.
